2026-27 Athletic Registration physicals must be dated after April 1, 2026. Per GHSA, any physical examination taken on or after April 1 will be good until the last day of the following school year.  Contact your local school athletic office for guidance.

A new Athletic Registration is required for each school year. Registration from the previous year may not be updated and resubmitted.

Click the Student Registration link, in the menu above, to begin an athletic registration for your rising 9th - 12th grade student.  When uploading the signed documents, please make sure to upload the Physical Examination Form, Medical Eligibility Form, Cardiac Awareness Form, and Concussion Awareness Form.
