A new Registration is required for each school year (you may not simply edit the one from last year). Click the Student Registration link, in the upper right corner of the screen, to begin an athletic registration for your 8th - 12th grade student. When uploading the signed documents, please make sure to upload the Physical Examination Form, Medical Eligibility Form, Cardiac Awareness Form, and Concussion Awareness Form.
Questions in reference to a specific registration should be directed to the local school.
Athletic Registration for 2024-2025 will open on March 29, 2024.
